Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent:
Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-420
WHEREAS, Carlson Companies, Inc. has requested approval of a revised
Site Plan for the MIP Mini -Industrial Park (formally approved on July 6,
1970), and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
request and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Carlson Companies, Inc, for approval
of a revised Site Plan for the MIP Mini -Industrial Park (dated September 24,
1973) be approved subject to the following conditions:
1) That the recommendations of the Fire Chief shown on the
Site Plan regarding fire lanes and the placement of fire
hydrants be made a part of this recommendation.
2) That the recommendations of the Village Engineer relative
to drainage and utility easements be made a part of this
recommendation.
3) That a 50 foot front yard setback for parking be maintained.
4) That a landscaping plan with some tree materials be submitted
subject to Staff approval, and bonded for completion.
5) That a sum of $4,350 (i.e. 8.7 acres of newly developed land
x $500) be required to satisfy the Village's Park Dedication
Policy.
6) That all parcels within the Mini -Park be consolidated into
one parcel.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on October 15, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is -a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
