VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, ,.as held on the 15th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent:
Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-418
WHEREAS, Clemens A. Rahn has requested that existing Parcel 910,
Plat 44020, Elmhurst be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS, this Council has approved that request by Resolution No.
73-417,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Clerk not issue a certified copy of
Resolution No. 73-417 to the County for filing purposes until such time as
the following conditions are met.-
That
et:That the petitioner satisfy the Village park dedication
policy by a sum of $150 for the new lot created,
2) That the revised water and sewer charges be assessed to
the proposed new lot.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Pesolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a -regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on October 15, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 16th day of November, 1973.
