HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-417VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and%notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village",of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: s: RESOLUTION NO. 73-417 WHEREAS, Clemens A. Rahn, owner, has requested that existing Parcel 910, Plat 44020, Elmhurst be further subdivided, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of said lot which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner, NOW, THEREFORE', BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows: 1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota Statutes, and Chapter VII of the- Village Code as related to the division or consolidation of -platted lots is hereby approved with respect to the following described parcels: PARCEL_A That part of Lot 18, Block 1, Elmhurst lying Northerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the South- easterly line of said tot 18 distant _129.05 feet Northeasterly of the Southeast corner thereof, thence Northwesterly "a distance 48.3.feet' more or less to a point on the Northwesterly line of said Lot 18 distant 139, Z5 feet Northeasterly of the Southwest corner thereof and there terminating all within, Section 26, Town- ship 119 North, Range 22 West. - PARCEL > 8 - That -part of Lot 18, Block 1, Elmhurst lying Southerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on he South- easterly line of said Lot 18 distant 129.05 feet Northeasterly of the Southeast corner thereof, thence Northwesterly a distance 48.3 feet, more or less, to a point on the Northwesterly line of said Lot 18 distant 139.75 feet Northeasterly of ,the South- west corner thereof and there terminating and to include that part of Lots 16 and 1.7 lying Southerly of the following described line commencing at,a point in the Westerly lige of Lot 16 a distance of 140 feet Northerly ,from the Southwest corner thereof; then Easterly to_a_point in the Easterly line of Lot 16, distance r 130 feet Northerly from the Southeast.:,corner'thereof; then con- tinui;ng Easterly to a point in the Easterly line of Lot 17`a distance of 132 feet Northerly from the Southeast corner of Lot 17 all within Section 26, Township 118 North, Range 22 West, 2."` The Village 'Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this Resolution for Recording' purposes. . s: sy Q aYa' S '-T"" RESOLUTION N0. 1`7"''' t Page Two,- The wo.-The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
