Pursua.+t to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent:
Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt cn:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-416
WHEREAS, Edward Harvey Keller has requested that an existing parcel at
the southeast corner of County Road 6 and Dunkirk Lane be further subdivided,
and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has, by Resolution No. 73-415 approved of
this request,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Edward Keller for a division of
unplatted property at the southeast corner of County Road 6 and Dunkirk Lane
be further subdivided subject to the following conditions:
1) That 27' of right of w;Iy be deeded to the Village along
that portion of the ,re;perty fronting on County Road 6.
2) That street and park requirements for Parcels A & C
(Parcel A) be met at the time the property is platted.
3) That driveway access to Parcel B from County Road 6 be
deeded to Village, with temporary access granted until
such time as another public street is constructed which
provides access to Parcel B with Mayor and Manager
authorized to execute deeds.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on Octobt- 15, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
