Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent:
Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-415
WHEREAS, Edward Harvey Keller has requested that an existing parcel
be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision
of said lot which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere
with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plymouth
!and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary
hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
'VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4,
Minnesota Statutes, and Chapter VII of the Village Code as re-
lated to the division or consolidation of platted lots is hereby
approved with respect to the following described parcels:
PARCEL A

That part of the Southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 118
North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described
as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said
Southeast quarter distant 805.5 feet East of the Southwest corner
of said Southeast quarter; thence North parallel with the East
line of said Southeast quarter a distance of 515 feet; thence
i deflecting left 88036' a distance of 320.5 feet; thence deflecting
i; right 91011' to the centerline of County Road No. 6; thence Westerly
along said centerline to its intersection with the West line of
said Southeast quarter; thence South to said Southwest corner;
thence East to the point of beginning, subject to existing easements
for public road.
-ALSO-
That part of the Southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 118
North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as
follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of said South-
east quarter distant 805.5 feet East of the Southwest corner of
said Southeast quarter; thence North parallel with the East line
of said Southeast quarter a distance of 515 feet to the point of
beginning of the property being described- thence deflecting left
88036' a distance of 102 feet; thence defecting right 88036' a
distance of 50 feet; thence deflecting right 91024' to an inter-
section with a line drawn North from the point of beginning parallel
with said East line; thence South to the point of beginning.
PARCEL B
That part of the Southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 118
North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described
as follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of said
Southeast quarter distant 805.5 feet East of the Southwest corner
of said Southeast quarter; thence North parallel with the East
line of said Southeast quarter a distance of 515 feet; thence
deflecting left 88036' a distance of 102 feet to the point of !
beginning of the property being described; thence continuing
along said last -described course 218.5 feet; thence deflecting
right 91011' to the centerline of County Road No. 6; thence
Easterly along said centerline to its intersection with a line
drawn North through the point of beginning parallel with said
East line; thence South to the point of beginning, subject to
existing easement for public road.
2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this
Resolution for recording purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
j Council of said Village held on October 15, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
the City this 13th day of February, 1974.
