Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent:
Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-411
WHEREAS, the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations has requested
preliminary approval of a proposed R.L.S. of Tract A, existing R.L.S. #606
to establish a Tract A and B, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
proposed R.L.S.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that the proposed revised R.L.S. of Tract A of R.L.S. #606
(Exhibit C-462 dated April 13, 1973) be approved subject to park land being
dedicated to the Village along the lakeshore on the West side of East
Medicine Lake Boulevard and walking and trail easement along the east
and northeast side of the development with the balance to be contributed
in cash and computed when the final R.L.S. is submitted for Council
approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Vilage
Council of said Village held on October 1E, 1973, with the original tY:ereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 6th day of November, 1973.
