4! Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent:
Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-410
WHEREAS, a revised General Development Plan and Site Plan has been
reviewed by the Planning Commission and recommended for approval, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council has issued Conditional Use Permit
for the expanded development of Association of Free Lutheran Congregations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the revised General Development Plan (Exhibit A-462
dated 8/16/73 and Site Plan and Exhibit B-462 dated 8/16/73) be approved
subject to the following conditions:
1) A 50 -foot building setback from property lines being maintained.
2) A Performance Bond for landscaping improvements being placed
with the Village prior to Building Permit approval.
3) That one of the two parking lots on the south parcel be
constructed in conjunction with the building of the new
dormitory.
4) A site plan which incorporates the parking lot to be constructed
be approved by the Planner
5) That the setback be in accordance with the General Development
Plan.
6) Dedicate to public use the lake front lots.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
