HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-40914W 1W VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Acting Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-409 WHEREAS, Association of Free Lutheran Congregations has requested a Conditional Use Permit for expanded development at East Medicine Lake Boule- vard and 31st Avenue North under the provisions of the Plymouth Village zoning ordinance, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Association of Free Lutheran Congre- gations for a Conditional Use Per;,i* for expanded development be approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibcld, z:nd upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. +++ +++ +++ STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
