HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-408i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 73-408 WHEREAS, Charles J. Walton has requested a Conditional Use Permit for the establishment of a Ford dealership for new,and used car sales and a Site Plan approval, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGEOFPLYMOUTH that the request of Charles"J. Walton for a Ford dealer- ship new and used car Conditional, Use Permit and Site Plan approval for the' development of a Ford agency on a 14 -acre site at the Southwest corner of County Roads 10 and 18 be approved subject to the following conditions: 1) That the holding. pond areas northwest of.the;site and at the southeast;:portion of :the site be su63ect: to the approval of the Village Engineer with the drainage and landscaping bond to be held by the Village and subject to Staff approval of an adequate sanitary and floor drain water treatment for a holding system. 2) That the park dedication requirementsbe the responsibility of i M. G. Astleford as will be specified n the Development Contract for Bass Lake Plaza. 3) That three fire hydrants, as proposed by the Village Fire Chief, be located as shown on the attached Site Plan dated 9/5/73. 4) That the issuance of a Building Permit for the proposed build - Ings be withheld until such time as a Development Contract be entered into for the platted streets of Revere Lane and 55th Avenue (referring to the revised Site Plan, drawn 9/27/73, received 10/3/73). 5)That after Staff has reviewed the building plans and are satis- fied, that they be authorized to proceed to issue a building permit for footing construction up to grade. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None.
