HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-405fi Ce S° a 1W MW �k VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH 4i v 0 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Ei Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen g Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-405 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve T. H. 55 Frontage Road (Radisson Inn Frontage Road) between Annopolis Lane and Xenium Lane and 24th Avenue North between Zinnia Lane and Xenium Lane by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, 9 ton street construction with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953 Chapter 398 as amended), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the proposed improvement be referred to the Village Consulting Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hurt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ', SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on October 9, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
