HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-401VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-401 WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council has adopted a Land Use Guide Plan proposing a trail to be established around the Workhouse Farm property, and WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared between the Village of Plymouth and the City of Minneapolis Board of Public Welfare which would permit the Village to establish a hiking and/or biking trail around said property, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Manager be hereby authorized to execute said Agreement in behalf of the Village of Plymouth to establish a hiking and/or bicycle trail around the Workhouse Farm property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPTN ) SS.
