Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
jadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-399
WHEREAS, the Village Cnancil has reviewed and revised recommended
proposed budgets prepared by the staff for all Village operations for the
period commencing January 1, 1974.
` NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'' RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following budgets are hereby approved in the
amounts indicated herewith:

General Fund . . . . . . . . $1,701,330
Equipment Fund . . . . . . . . . . . . 195,040
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

iby Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
!favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following

ivoted against or abstained: Spaeth. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
'duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Acting Clerk of the Village of
,Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that 1 have carefully compared the fore-
going extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held on October 9, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my
office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Acting Clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 10th day of October, 1973.
