Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-391
WHEREAS, Gunter K. Janssen has requested a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a sporting goods store at 3425 County Road 18 under the provisions
of the Plymouth Village Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
request and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH that the request of Gunter K. Janssen for a Conditional Use Permit
to operate a sporting goods store at 3425 County Road 18 be approvou subject
to the following conditions:
1) That the parking area be revised in such a manner that
there be a green strip provided adjacent to the front property
line to conform with that of the pizza parlor on the north
and 15 foot side and rear yards be maintained.
2) That a landscaping plan for the yard areas be submitted
subject to Staff approval.
3) That all signs adhere to Zoning Ordinance regulations and
be subject to Staff approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neil:, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on October 9, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
