Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-389
WHEREAS, Charles A. Robinson has requested approval of a Conditional
Use Permit for a home occupation transportation business at 12316 12th
Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAG€ COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Charles A. Robinson for a Conditional
Use Permit to operate a home occupation transportation business be approved
subject to the following conditions:
1) That the Conditional Use Permit be reviewed on an annual basis.
2) That the petitioner refrain fromn.parking more than two 12 -
passenger vehicles in his driveway at any one: time.
3) That no on -street parking be permitted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on October 9, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 6th day of November, 1973.
