HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-388VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-388 WHEREAS, AaCron, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use Permit in order to operate an anodizing plant in an I-1 District located in the Southwest quadrant of I-494 and State Highway 55 (2705 Cheshire Lane) under the pro- visions of the Plymouth Village Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of AaCron, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an anodizing plant in an I-1 District be hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wds duly seconded' by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted irr-favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution. was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on October 9, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
