Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-384
WHEREAS, Ecklund and Swedlund Home Builders has requested Preliminary
Plat approval and Conditional Use Permit approval for a proposed Residential
Subdivision Unit Project under the provisions of the Plymouth Village Zoning
Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations for proposed Imperial Hills Annex located
on Peony Lane north of County Road 6, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
request and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH that the proposed Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit for a
Residential Subdivision Unit Project titled "Imperial Hills Annex" be approved
subject to the following conditions:
1) 17th Avenue North (western end) be platted to show a cul de sac
at its termination and that 18th Avenue be extended to Olive
Lane at the developer's expense.
2) That the recommendation of the Village Engineer be incorporated
in the final platting.
3) Fire hydrants be placed in accordance with Village Engineering
Department and Fire Chief recommendations.
4) That utility and drainage easements of 6 feet along side and
rear lot lines and 10 feet along street right of way be shown
on final plat for each lot.
5) That any recommendations or conditions of the Minnehaha
Creek Watershed District or Hennepin County Department of
Public Works be made a condition to Village approval.
6) That the actual transfer of title for the park land be
made at the time of the final- plat approval.
7) That upon final plat approval the Village enter into an
agreement for the conveyance of Peony Lane from County
Road 6 to 19th Avenue.
8) That the park land which Is identified as outlot A shall
be improved to park -like condition in accordance with the
recommendations of the Park Commission and in accordance
with plans approved by the Planner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
.by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on October 9, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
