HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-383AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-383 (A) WHEREAS, Kenneth Shallman, 620 Ranchview Lane, has appealed the decision of the Board of Zoning Admustment made at their September 11, 1973 meeting, and WHEREAS, this Council finds that the 25' setback approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment is reasonable, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the appeal of Kenneth Shallman of 620 Ranchview Lane be denied. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clcrk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on October 9, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
