HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-383VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH P!,-suant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-383 WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending September 21, 1973 was presented to the Council for approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that payment of the list of disbursements for the follow- ing funds is approved: First National Bank of Wayzata General Fund $ 48,626.25 Construction Fund 38,873.22 Water Fund 7,001.12 Sewer Fund 22,119.23 First National Bank of Minneapolis Special Assessment Fund 2,490.51 Grand Totals All Funds $119,110.33 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plynouth, Mirnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on October 4, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
