Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
,the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 10th day of September, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-379(A)
FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 4, 1973, the
Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of pro-
viding street lighting for the following areas:
Section 19, Township 118, Range 22 - Plat 43719 Parcels 3580, 3648
Section 23, Township 118, Range 22 - Plat 43723 Parcels 1630, 3025, 3050, 4200,
4800, 5110, 5200, 5400, 5600, 5810, 6124,

WHEREM, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that:
(1) A, hearing shall be held on the 4th day of October, 1973, in the
Village hall at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and
at such time and place all persons awning property affected by such
improvement.will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference,
to such assessment.
(2) The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing'.
on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official news-
paper at least two weeks prior -to the hea-i.ng, and shall state in thei
notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed'
notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the
assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
Lly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on September 10, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my officer, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 14th day of September, 1973.
