Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting.
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held on the 10th day of September, 1973. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and
Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption;
RESOLU!'ION NO. 73-378 (A)
FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION CHARLES
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 4, 1973 the
Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the destruction
and eradication of noxious weeds on certain lands within the Village as pro-
vided by law, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment)
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that:

A hearing shall be held on the 4th day of October, 1973 in tho
Village hall at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and
at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference
to such assessment,
The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the heari
on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official news-
paper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the
notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed
notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the
assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
my seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
hereon, the following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde,
ouncilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
gainst or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
my passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held on September 10, 1973 with the original thereof on file in
my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
