VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of 11
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 10th day of September, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-377 (A)„
FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER $ WATER SERVICE CHARGES
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 4, 1973, the
Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for certain charges
for sanitary sewer and water service which have not been paid as provided by
law, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF 'PLYMOUTH that:
(1) A hearing shall be held on the 4th day of October, 1973 in the Village
hall at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at sucl
time and place all persons owning property affected by: -such I
will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to s
assessment.
(2) The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official news-
paper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the
notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed
notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the
assessment roll.
The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted.

the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Counc,
of said Village held on September 10, 1973 with the original thereof on file ij
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
