HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-376VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTHS i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of September, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. AAA •aA AAA Councilman Neils introduced the folkwing Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-376 WHEREAS, J. Bradley Asp has requested a Conditional Use Permit to es- tablish a manufacturing use in an I-1 Planned Industrial District at 14572 21st' Avenue North, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval, NOW, THEE URE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMUULH that the request of J. Bradley Asp for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a manufacturing use (woodworking shop at 14572 21st Avenue North) be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That the petitioner's woodworking shop be brought up to Code require- ments as determined by the Village Building Inspector. 2. That the petitioner's woodworking operation be subject to the perfor- mance standards as established in the I-1 zoning District; especially as it relates to noise, odors and dust (see, Section 15, Subdivision 8, Paragraph 2, 2.0). 3. That conditions 1 and 2 be satisfied prior to petitioner's continued operation of his woodworking shop within the I-1 District The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutionwas duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken theredik ;the following voted in favor thereof:" Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hun Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
