VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 10th day of September, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-375 (A)
FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
NATHAN LANE WATERMAIN, PROJECT 023
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 4, 1973, the
Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of
improving Nathan Lane from 26th Avenue North to Pilgrim Lane by the installatio
of watermain and necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that:
(1) A.hearug shall be held on the 4th day of October, 1973 in the
Village hall at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and
at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given°an'opportunity to be heard with reference
to such assessment.
(2) The Village Clerk.is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and
shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
He shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the<owner of
each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion*for the adoption of t -e foregoing Resolution was
aly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
hereon, the following voted .in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,_
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declar
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a pecial meeting of,the Village Counc
of said Village held on September 10, 1973, with the original thereof on .file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 13th day of September, 1973.
