Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting"'
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held on the 17th day of September, 1973. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and
Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-375
TfERFJLS, welcome Community Home, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use
Permit to operate a group home for retarded children at 105 North Forestview
Lane under the provisions of the Plymouth Village zoning ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
request and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUIH that the request of Welcome Commnity Home, Inc. for a
Conditional Use Permit to operate a group home for retarded children at 105
Forestview Lane be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. That the Conditional Use Permit be reviewed on an annual basis .nd
that such use is not to exceed 16 children without additional review.
2. That the Conditional Use Permit be subject to petitioner's receiving
a license from the State Department of Mental Health and Retardation,.
approval of the local and State Fire Departments, and approval of
the State Health Department.
3. That building and Fire Departments inspect and have corrected any
Code violations in the structure the petitioner intends to use.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby cerfity that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun
of said Village held on September 17, 1973, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.

Village this 20th day of September, 1973.
