Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
cn the 10th day of September, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-374 (A)
FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WATER AND SANITARY SEWER AREA CHARGES
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 4, 1973, the
Village Clerk was directed to
prepare
a proposed assessment
for the following
described

for the previously constructed sanitary sewer trunk, forcemain, lift station,;;:
and interceptor facilities and water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities
AND
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOM that:
(1) A hearing shall be held on the 4th day of October, 1973 in the VilL
hall at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning property affected by such improves
will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such
assessment.
(2) The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published oncr in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in
the notice the total cost of the improvement. Ile shall also cause
mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in
the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
clared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on September 30, 1973, with the original thereof
an file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
