VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 17th day of September, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-374
WHEREAS, Beverly Ann Bridgeman has requested approval of a Conditional
Use Permit for a home occupation to establish an interior decorating design
service in her home, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
request and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMWIH that the request of Beverly Ann Bridgeman for a Conditional
Use Permit to operate an interior decorating design service in her residence at
17335 County Road 24 be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. That the Conditional Use Permit be reviewed on an annual basis.
2. That petitioner refrain from advertising her business by the use of
any on-site signing.
3. No on -street parking be permitted.
4. No truck deliveries be made to the premise in regards to the home
occupation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declare
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held on September 17, 1973 with the original thereof on file in
my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
