HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-372t VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call -and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of September, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor [Tilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-372 WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell Telephone Company has requested preliminary plat approval for proposed "Northwestern Bell Plymouth Office Addition" under the provisions of the Village subdivision regulation, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMlWM that the preliminary plat for the proposed "Northwestern Bell Plymouth Office Addition" located at the northwest corner of County Road 18 and 49th Avenue North be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions being met in the final platting and the preparation of the development contract: 1. That the park dedication requirements providefor a 40 foot walk way and trail easement along the south side of the subject property adjacent to and north of the proposed 49th Avenue ROW (120 feet). 2. That the final plat and development contract make provisions for all street and utility requirements for this development and that prior to the consideration of the development contract that preliminary engineering reports be prepared and submitted to the Village Council covering the following improvements: a. 51st Avenue North street and utilities (from Nathan Lane to County Road 18 frontage road). b. Nathan Lane street and utilities (from 49th Avenue to 51st Avenue c. 49th Avenue street and utilities (from County Road 18 west to Nathan Lane or Zachary Lane). d. Sanitary sewer trunk line extension from County Road 9 to 49th Avenue (preliminary reports completed). e. Water 'trunk line extension from County Road 9 to 49th Avenue and looping around Fernbrook Lane and County Road 9. f. Required storm sewer improvements in this area will be provided on the Northwestern Bell site or as part of a street improvemenr project listed above. i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor threef: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, lNeils, Seibold and Spaeth..
