Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held on the 4th day of September, 1973. The following members
were present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-371
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR PROJECT 023
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of 23rd Avenue North
from Lancaster Lane to approximately 350 feet east thereof by the installation
of watermain and necessary appurtenances and the contract price for such
improvement is $4,264.00 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the
making of said improvement amount to $639.60 so that the total cost of said
improvement will be $4,903.60; and of this amount the Village will pay $0.00
as its share of the cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $4,903.60.
2. It is further determined that the following charges for water trunk
main, pumping and storage facilities for the above referenced project
shall be applied to the existing land use zoning:
WATER
AREA CHARGE.
Residential - $2'25 per dwelling unit
3. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village Engineer,
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece of parcel
of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuatia
as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessor
in his office for public inspection.
4. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or
abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on September A, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
