The cost of such improvementto to specially assessed is hereby declared to be $4,922.82. 2. The Village Clerk, With the assistance of the Village Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the groper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement.' against every assessable bt, piece or parcel of land within the district affected; without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3. The Clerk, shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was j duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken i thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
