by the installation of street lights and the contract price for such
provement'is $4,688.40 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the
making of said ' rovemc,i: amount to $234.42 so that the total cost of the
improvement will be $4,92.:.82; and of this cost the Village will pay $0.00
as its share of the cost,
NOW, THEREMRE, BE If HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that
1. The cost of such improvementto to specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $4,922.82.
2. The Village Clerk, With the assistance of the Village Engineer, shall
forthwith calculate the groper amount to be specially assessed for
such improvement.' against every assessable bt, piece or parcel of land
within the district affected; without regard to cash valuation, as
provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment
in his office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk, shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
j duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
i thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or
abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Villagge
Council of said Village held on September 4, 1973, with the original Xreof
on file in my office, and the same is,a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
