HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-364VILLAGE; OF PL'YMO1JT'Ei Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was,hel on the 4th.day of'September, 1973.The 'following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The follow' -were absent: Mayor Hilda. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-364 WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has previously constructed sanitary sewer trunk, forcemain, lift station andinterceptor facilities, and water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUIM that: 1. It is hereby determined that for sanitary sewer trunk, forcemain, lift station: and interceptor charges and water trunk nun, PUMP ng and storage facilities chargesforthe projects listed below: PREUECT I E)ROVEMENT $ .AREA ` 63 -IE r ter and the following charges shall be applied to the existing land use zone: Water Residential Equivalent Connection Charge Residential $175 per dwelling unit Commercial 4 Industrial See NOTE 1 below Sanitary Sewer Residential Equivalent Connection Charge Residential $175 per dwelling unit Commercial $ Industrial See NOTE 1 below NOTE'' 1: Residential Equivalent Connection MJ Charges for comwe=al and, Industrial zoned `land sha-l•be.applied to each.specific use in deteraining particular uses water mW sanitary sewer RBC Cim-ps based;,upon the foil�,►in�:, Thp relationship batwea the estimated annual demand (vd],om i'or watier and sanitary service based uuppoonr► are RBC being equivalcht to 72,000 gallm of water and 72,000 gitiam of sewage flow per year, as projected by the Village Engineer. 2.` The Village Clerk with'ilia assistance of the Village Fagineer shall brthwith calculate the,,•.proper amount, to be specially assessed for ft 'improvement ago nst,gwq assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected•ii accordance with the provisions of Section 429,0610 Minnesota Statutes. Y M1 %xr The motion for the adoption of the foregoing tesolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Neils, Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth.
