Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting j
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was '[
held on the 4th day of September, 1973. The following members
were present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESUUMON NO. 73-363
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED MID ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESMW FOR
SC THWEST SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STREET RESTORATION
PROJECT NO. 68-1E
*13EAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of the Southwest
sanitary, sewer and water area by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
street restoration and necessary, artenances and the total price for the
above referenced project incl udi�lg" incidental expenses amount to $5,945,054.2S
and of this cost the Village wi11 pay:.$1,283,660.20 as its share of the cost,
NOW,'TF®tEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CMWIL-OF THE '.
VILLAGE OF PLYM M that
1. The cost Of RX]i improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $4,661,304 OS.
2. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village Engineer,
shall forthwith calculate,the'pr+oper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel
of land within the district affected, without regard to cash
valuation, as provided by the law, and he shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall., upon the completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Cou,icil thereof.
The�aotion for the adoption of°the foregoing Resolution iras
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
the;reon,' the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, 'Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or
abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
