VILLAGB _ SF PLYMOUTH:
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting,:af
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the ath day of September,1973. The fd.lowing members were
present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Sebold and Spaeth. The following
members were absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-362
VVEIM S, a list of disbursements for the period ending August 17, 1973
was presented to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYKXMi that payment of the list of disbursements for the following
funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $33,192.17
Construction. Fund 21,697.55
Water Fund 21,381.46
Sewer Fund 19,938,68
First National Bank of Minnesota
Special Assessment Fund 572.09"
Grand Totals All Funds $96,781.93
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resoluti::n was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or ab-
stai-ned: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
