VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council -of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held on the 4th day of September, 1973. The following members
were presents Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 93-361
WHEREAS, the following two parties have submitted an application for a
Gasoline Service Station License in accordance with Chapter III, Section 13
of tha Village Code:
Plymouth Texaco Highway 55 Standard
13700 West Highway SS 13435 Xenium Lane
Plymouths, Minnesota Plymouth, Minnesota
NOW, THERbTORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE.
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following applications be approved for a period
expiring December 31, 1973:

Plymouth, Minnesota" Plymouth, Minnesota

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Selold,, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted againstor ab --
stained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
pissed.and adopted.

therefrom.
