VTILAGE":OF PLYMOUTH,
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting,
of the village Council .of the Village; of Plymouth, Minnesota, was

held on the 4th day of S,�ptember, 1973. The following members
were present. Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and.Spaeth. The
following members were`absant: Mayor Hilde.

-Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-360
*1ERW, Sullivan Septic Service, Inc. has submitted application for a
Small Disposal System License in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6 of
the Village Code,
NOW, TEREFORE, BE 1T MMM RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMfJM that#* application of Sullivan Septic Service, Inc. for
a:Small Disposal System License be approved for a period expiring April 30,'
197a.
The motion For the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken;`-
thereon, the following` votedin favor thereof : -..Councilmen Hunt-,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following "voted against or ab- `
stained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe
and adopted.
