Pursuant to duecalland notice thereof, a regular meetzng s,
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
herd on the 4th day of September, 1973. The following members
were present:, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and

moved its adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 73-359
WHEREAS, the Village itends to use the services of consulting engineers
from time to time to perform professional services in the construction of
public works projects, and
WHEREAS, the Village and Engineer deem it mutually advantageous to set
forth the details of their relationship in written contract form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE'OF PLYMO Mi.that the engineering contract format and language as con-
twined in the proposed, revised contract are hereby approved and that the
Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized to execute same with Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik $ Associates in behalf of ,the Village of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the 'following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt.
Neils', Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or ab
stained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
