VILLAGE °,OF PLYMOI)TH
4 Pursuant to due call and notice -thereof, a regular meeeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 4th day of September,1973.` The following members
were presents Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
l following members were absent,: Mayor.Hilde.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. '73-358
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council has approved an Agreement between
the "Village" and "Wtram" dated December 4, 1972 setting forth certain
improvements to be provided to pond areas on the east and west sides of
Lancaster Lane and a walkway between Lancaster Lane and Pilgrim Lane, and
WHEREAS, Metram Properties Company has requested that an extension be
given to complete the required items,
