Pursuant'to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 4th day of September, 1973. The following members
were present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following members were. absent Mayor Hilde.

*EREA,S, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of
Xenium Lane between Cmaty Road 6 and the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks
and on 15th Avenue North between Xenium Lane and the Chicago -Northwestern
Railroad Tracks and Xenium Lane from the Chicago-Nortnwestern Railroad Tracks
to approximately 1320 feet south thereof by the construction of sanitary sewer,
watezmain, drainage structures`, curb, gutter and streets, bids were received,
opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received
.complying; with the advertisement:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ,OF IME
1tILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
`1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the contract with.American Contracting Corporation of Coon Rapids
Minnesota for the improvement of XeniumLane between County Road b
and the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks and on 15th Avenue North
between Xenium Lane and the Chitsgo -Northwestern Railroad Tracks
Project No. 301, by the constructiin af.sanitary sewer, watermain,
drainage structures, curb, gutter and streets,according to the plans'
and specifications therefore approved by the Village CDMCil and oa
j file in the office of the Village Clerk.
j2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forth—
with to all bidders;the deposits made wiih,their bids except that
the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder
shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
