Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the. Village Council of'the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 4th day of September, 1973. The following members
were present:, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-355
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council did on April 16, 1973 approve of a
Development Contract for Williams Woodsand did on April 23, 1973 mend said
Contract, and
WHEREAS, William H. Williams, developer of Williams Woods, has now
requested further amendment to said Contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that William H. Williams be authorized to install :a private
disposal system as proposed .,by William H. McCombs in his report of August 23,
1973, to, serve Lot 3, Block 1, Williams Woods and that this Resolutioi be
attached to the Development Contract A-375 as an Addendum, and
BB IT FORTHER RESOLVED that before the Permit is issued for the install-
ation of the private disposal system that adequate Deed restrictions are pre-
pared and tiled with the County stating that there are to be no buildings
constructed'on bots l or 2,'Block 1, Williams Woods, until such time as public
sanitary sewer is made available to the site,
BE XT FUR1N�R RESOLVED that when the public system becomes available,
the private,system be immediately disconnected.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was: -
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt,
Nails"", Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or ab-
stained:None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
