VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 4th day of September, 1975. The following members
were present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Se bold and Spaeth. The
following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-354
WHEREAS, Jerome Lindgren has requested approval of a Conditional Use
Permit for a hone occupation to establish a beauty shop in the residence at
15515 - 6th Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE' IT HEREBY RP.SMVED BY THE VILLAGE OXINCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYM0= that the request of Jerome Lindgren for a Conditional Use
Permit to operate a home occupation beauty shop in the residence at 15515
6th Avenue North be approved subject to these conditions:
1. That the Conditional Use Permit be reviewedonan annual basis.
2. That the beauty shop operation be limited to the petitioners and no
outside operators.
3. That no on -street parking be permitted.
4. That no signs be permitted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken,
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or ab-
stained- None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
