Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held cin the 4th day of September, 1973. The following members
were present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold aid Spaeth. The
following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-350
VHEUA,S, Carlson Companies, Inc. 12715 State Highway 55, have requested
a consolidation of three existing parcels.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TETE VILLAGE (,'OUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGg OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the
Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon the Village policy when the consolidation is approved
by Hennepin County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was,
my seconded by Councilman Seibold,`,and; upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted infavorthereof: Councilmen Hunt„,
Neils, Se 6i.d and,Spaeth. The following voted against or abstairi6
None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
