Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption: 1
RESOLUTION NO. 73-34S
i` WHEREAS, Ivabelle M. Odegaard has submitted an application for a Set `
Up License inaccordancewith Chapter III, Section 5 of the Village Code, and
V EREAS, Ivabelle M. (jdegaard has submitted an application for a 3:2
Beer License in accordance with Chapter III, Section 3 of the Village Code, i
NOW, TIiEREI�DRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILIAGE OF FLYMOUIH that the application of Ivabelle M. Odegaard by approved I
for a period expiring June 30, 1974.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof -.fto'Hilde,

following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
