tion and moved its adoption:

WHEREAS, Armstrong Cesspool Service has submitted an application for
a Cesspool Pumping License in accordance with Chapter III, Section 16 of the
Village Code, !
NOW, 11lEREPORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLA[ COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMWffl that the application of Armstrong Cesspool Service by
approved for a period expiring July 31, 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was

duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being

i taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth _ The `.
i' following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passed and adopted.
