Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, wasl
held on the 20th day of August, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-341
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Highway Department has forth a Traffic Control
Device Inventory Project and Replacement Program for municipalities with
population over 5,000, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth is desirous of participating in such
a program, and
W10TIAS, the Minnesota Highway Department has authorized hiring
consulting engineer, conducting said inventory, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Highway Department has approved such an
inventory program for the Village of Plymouth at the rate of $20/mile for a
maximum of 120 miles, said money to be reimbursed to the Village,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CCUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Manager be authorized to emply Jack
Anderson and Associates, Traffic Engineering Consultants to undertake said
traffic Control Device Inventory Project in accordance with requirements of
the Minnesota Highway Department at the rate of $20/mile for a maximum of
120 miles, for a maximum of $2,400.00 with funds reimbursed from the
Minnesota Highway Department.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
luly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
:hereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
:.ouncilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth, The following voted
kgainst or abstained: None.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
pillage of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify thgt I have carefully compared
he foregoing extract of the minutes of.a regular meeting of the Village
:ouncil`of said Village held on August 20, 1973, with the original thereof on
File in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
herefrom.
