HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-340VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of August, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIO: NO. 73-340 WHEREAS, Minnetonka Estates, Inc., developer of Meadowood Addition has completed the sodding work for which a bond was provided to the Village, and WHEREAS, the developer has applied for bond reduction in the project, and WHEREAS, the original bond was reduced to $4,290.00 by Council action, and WHEREAS, the developer has completed said sodding work for which the bond was submitted and said work is found to be acceptable by the Village Engineer, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE,VILLAGE COUNCIL.OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMWM that the sodding work Svathin the Meadawood Addition for which a bond was provided is accepted and further that the bund be reduced from $4,290.00 to $0. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman.Seibold,, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Nei 11 Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or'abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTTi) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Ply routh, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on August 20, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
