T`_ fcllo:r- �: ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold ` and Spaeth The following members were absent: None �• tit ,r*. •�* Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-336 WHEREAS, a Change Order has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo, Rosen, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for payment for damages suffered by the contractor because of a court injunction on the Project, and j. WHERBAS, the Village staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 4, !' NOW, MfEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLiI[;E COUNCIL OF THE VILIAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Change Order No. 4 in the mount of $1,889.60 to Beatson and Kelly, Inc. for Project #116 and #222 is approved and further E that the revised contract amount is $226,739.10. �f `I The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: NByv_ Him.
