of the Village Council of the Village of Plymoutr., Minnesota, was
held on the 20th day of August , 1973. The follow-

and Spaeth The following :members were absent: hone
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-333
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMINENT
DOMAIN TO ACQUIRE LAND FOR VILLAGE PARK PURPOSES
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOIlM:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper and expedient and in
the interest of thepublic health, convenience and general welfare
of the citizens of a Village of Plymouth to acquire by eminent
domain the following described property located in the Village of
Plymouth: Tracts C, D, E and F, Registered Land Survey 018, !inniepin
County, Minnesota.
L. The Mayor, Manager and Village Attorney of the Village of Plymouth
aro hereby authorized to acquire said lands for Village Park purposes
and to take any and all legal steps necessary thereto, Including the
use of eminent domain.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
