Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held an the 6th day of August 1973. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and
Spaeth The -following members were absent: Councilman
Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 73-322 1
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers Construction Company has requested a
!' Conditional Use Permit for a temporary sales office under the provision of
the Village Zoning Ordinance, and '
j WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed this
1; request and has recommended that it be approved, }
�! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE i
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Lundgren Brothers Construction
Company for a sales office Conditional Use Permit within a residential
dwelling on Lot 1, Block 2 in Wood Creek plat be approved subject to the i
office being discontinued when 85% (50 of 59 lots) of the development is
!� completed.
11 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
1 taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
