HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-321VILLAGE'OF PLYMQUTfiiik Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of August 1973. The follow- ing members were present: Mayor Hi de, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Neils 1 rt* Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-321 WHEREAS, Bids were received on July 16, 1973 for one two -wheel drive 11 low center of gravity turf tractor with attachments and the following is a ( tabulation of same: Valley Equipment - John Deere Model $5,125.57 j Attachments 2,238.00 Less Trade-in 425.00 Net Total 36,99F.37 Long Lake Ford Tractor. $5,480.00 Attachments 2,134.00 Less Trade -1n 475.00 Net Total M r4 -w WHEREAS, the low bidder meeting specifications is Valley Equipment in the amount of $6,938.67 with attachments and trade-in, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the award of one turf tractor with attachments be awarded to Valley Equipment in the amount of $6,938.67. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
