Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
+, RESOLUTION NO. 73-320
WHEREAS, Bids were received on July 23, 1973 for one air compressor and
the following is a tabulation of the same:
Hall Equipment 15.287.00
I� (Quincy Compressor)
John Henry Foster $5.463.00
Olson Equipment Company $5,880.00
!, (Sull-Air Compressor)
WHEREAS, the low bidder meeting specifications is Hall Equipment Company
t; with a bid of $5,287.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that the bid for one air compressor be awarded to the
low bidder Hall Equipment Company in the amount of $5,287.00.

it The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
} duly seconded by and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
}! Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
