of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 6th day of August 1973. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and
Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman

RESOLUTION NO. 73-319
WHEREAS, Bids were received on July 23, 1973 for a 27,500 G.V.M. cab
i and chassis and the following is a tabulation of the same:
! Towns Edge Ford $7,569.00
Less Trade-in 2 500.00 I
! Net Total $5.65

International Harvester $7,100.00
Less Trade-in 15050,0.00.

WHEREAS, the low bidder is Towns Edge Ford with a net low bid with i
!j trade-in of $5,069.00 and said truck meets specifications.
(� NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the award of one truck - 27,500 G.Y.M. cab and
!i chassis be awarded to the low bidder - Towns Edge Ford for $5,069.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
�l Councilmen Hunt and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
